"I
work very hard to understand my subject. Getting to know
the environment where someone lives or something grows
is one of the most important beginnings to a great
painting".
-John H. Burrow
John
H. Burrow was born in Oxford, Massachusetts in 1955. His mother loved to
draw and paint and his father had a lifetime career as a master printer.

Angeles Art Center working in Commercial Art and Art Education.

advertising agencies. Then John started his own illustration and design
studio which he operated successfully for thirteen years. Now John H.
